A culturally appropriate service meeting your religious and language needs

Our carers are recruited from the Asian community itself and are provided job specifications and a progressive career opportunity for men and women who might otherwise not have considered care as a profession.

Our carers speak Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, and Bengali. We also recognise that in recent years there has also been a significant increase in the Polish, Ukrainian, Caribbean, Somalian and Kurdish population in Nottinghamshire. In response to this we endeavour to constantly work towards high quality care services specifically to meet the needs of the ethnic diversity within our community.

Ensuring that people of that community develop and learn new skills to enable them to go on and work in the community enhancing their skills.
