Ace Care carers are very special people, they are carefully selected and chosen for their professional, dedicated and caring approach. All of our carers are specifically allocated to meet the each individual needs of our service users to ensure continuity of care. We do our up most to match the carer's abilities and personality to our service users.
We believe that our service users deserve access to the very best quality of staff; well trained, highly motivated and working towards recognised professional standards. We achieve this by providing specialist in-house training. Ace care carers are carefully vetted, continually assessed and provided with on-going training to ensure their skills and working practices are up to date and to ensure high standards are always maintained.
All staff employed by ACE CARE undertake a compulsory full enhanced Criminal records bureau (CRB) check and a Protection of vulnerable adults check ( POVA). Staff undertake the skills for care induction programme. We also verify all employees personal, professional and training references before commencing employment with Ace Care.
All of our carers have an NVQ level 2 in health & social care. Ace Care carers also have their own individual training and development plan, which are continually reviewed to ensure that they are updating their skills and professional development. Ensuing that Ace Care carers continually deliver a high quality service.
